Next Meeting: Tuesday, January 31, 2012

Our next chapter meeting will be Tuesday, January 31, 2012 at 5:15pm in SEC 3437.

We will be discussing chapter events, like recaping the Microsoft AppLab workshop last Tuesday, looking forward to an upcoming LAN party, and more. We will also be looking for volunteers to run a Science Olympiad competition next month that the College of Engineering is hosting for area high schools and middle schools.

There will be a brief Tech Talk on an exciting topic in computing and, as always, there will be pizza and drink after the meeting.

Important: The Treasurer and Membership Committee will be collecting $5 dues from all members during the meeting. Please don’t forget to bring the amount, preferably in exact change.

We hope to see every one there!

Committee Forums

Committee forums have been added to the forums. They are meant to discuss and plan for any club issues in the event the committee can’t physically meet or if you need to bring something else to that committee’s attention. The intention is for at least one person from each committee to serve as the moderator to each forum.

I encourage all the committee members to head on over to the forums and introduce yourselves. If there are any volunteers for moderators, just contact me.
